Chef notes
This cocktail is perfect for any summer celebration because it's bright, refreshing and just a bit boozy. It tastes even better under a sky filled with sparkling fireworks!
Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce orange juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 2 ounces bourbon
- 1 splash grapefruit soda
- Assorted red, white, blue fruits and starfruit slices, for garnish
Preparation
1.Combine the juices, bourbon and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously.
2.Strain into tall glasses over ice. Add splash of grapefruit soda.
3.Garnish with assorted fruits and serve.
