Chef notes
This citrusy spiced cocktail was inspired by San Francisco. It's fun, bright and bold just like the city itself.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons granulated or brown sugar
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1½ parts spiced rum
- 3/4 parts Orange Curaçao
- 1 part lemon juice
- 1/2 part simple syrup
- Orange twist, to garnish
Preparation
Mix the sugar and cinnamon together on a small plate. Wet the rim of a chilled cocktail glass and dip in sugar.
Shake the rum, Orange Curaçao, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice and strain into the sugar-rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
