I love this recipe because the shrimp taste super delicious when they're fresh off the grill and it is very easy to prepare. Just double, triple or quadruple the recipe depending on how many people you need to serve.
Technique tip: When cleaning the shrimp, use the tip of your paring knife to go up the back of the shrimp shell.
