- 2 pounds fresh Brussels sprouts, washed and trimmed & cut in half lengthwise
- 20-30 cloves of garlic, peeled and trimmed
- Olive oil, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350`F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with heavy duty foil and add the Brussels sprouts and garlic cloves. Drizzle olive oil generously over the sprouts, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat well. Roast in oven for 35-40 minutes, until sprouts and garlic are tender and lightly browned. Serve hot.
