This nourishing bone broth smoothie (or "brothie") is a beet lover's dream! Sweetened with blueberries, cherries and blackberries, this beverage is a truly satisfying snack or breakfast option.
Swap option: You can substitute fresh fruits or veggies for frozen, just read the label to make sure you're not getting extra salt.
- 1 red beet, peeled (raw or cooked is fine but it should be chilled, or at room temperature)
- 12 blackberries
- 14 cherries, pitted
- 30 blueberries
- 1/3 banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 8 ounces chicken bone broth
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
