Braised Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 quart chicken broth
  • 3 ounce olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 clove Salt and pepper

Preparation

Baking Directions:

1.

Combine chicken broth, olive oil and 2 cloves minced garlic into a large sauce pan and bring to a bubble (simmer).

Add spinach.

3.

Season with salt and pepper.

4.

Braise under medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

5.

Leaves to wilt and will be soft.

Use tongs to place on serving dish.

(You can drain in colander).
