- 1½ cups mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 1½ ounces vodka
- 1/4 ounce crème de menthe
- 5-6 drops green food coloring
- Whipped cream and green sprinkles or sugar, for serving
In a blender, puree the ice cream with the vodka, crème de menthe and food coloring until smooth. Pour into 2 chilled serving glasses and top with whipped cream and sprinkles or sugar. Serve right away.
