Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • ½ small avocado
  • ½ banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (or any berry combination works), plus more for garnish
  • 2 teaspoons hemp seeds

    Preparation

    Put the almond milk and spinach in the container of a high-speed blender and puree until smooth. Add the avocado, banana, and blueberries and blend until the desired consistency is reached.

    Top with additional blueberries and hemp seeds.
