Ingredients

  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon eggs
  • 4 ounce bittersweet chocolate melted
  • 1 ounce metal ring mold
  • Preparation

    Baking Directions:

    Sift dry ingredients together.Add buttermilk and oil to the dry ingredients.Whisk eggs and fold them into the mix.Divide the batter into two bowls and add melted chocolate to one half.Place the metal ring mold in a heated, non stick pan or skillet and fill mold with half white batter and half chocolate.Flip once, and only once, when bubbles start to rise.Serve!

    Tips:

    Turn once bubbles aprear and only flip once!
