Hilaria Baldwin swaps out butter for olive oil and adds in plenty of good-for-you ingredients to make these power-packed biscuits.
Place eggs, extra-virgin olive oil and vanilla in a bowl and beat well.
In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, oats, raisins, cranberries, walnuts and ground cinnamon.
Combine the two bowls together into a thick dough that's not too sticky. Roll the dough into small balls and place on a greased pan or papered cookie sheet. Press them to make flat.
Bake at 350 degree F for 40 to 45 minutes.
