Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F. 2. Place the berries in a pie dish. Add the lemon juice, vanilla and 2 tsp of cinnamon and gently stir to combine.3. To make the crumble, combine the ingredients (oats, coconut flakes, almonds, chia seeds, LSA, cinnamon, maple syrup, coconut oil) in a large bowl and stir until they’re combined.4. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the berries and place in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes or until the fruit is tender and the topping is golden.5. Serve with a dollop of coconut yogurt, coconut ice-cream or vanilla bean yogurt.
