This classy cocktail pays homage to a giant champagne-glass hot tub from a commercial for a romantic resort I was obsessed with when I was 6 year old. At the time it seemed like the height of opulence.
Technique tip: Shake cocktails with ice to chill them without watering down your drink.
- 1/2 tangerine, juiced
- 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 2 ounces gin
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add tangerine juice, liqueur and gin. Shake until well mixed and chilled.
Strain into a coup glass. Top with champagne and serve.
