To make the banana bread pudding:Cut bread into half-inch squares.
Pour melted butter over bread.
Mix all ingredients and pour over bread.
Allow to soak for 30 minutes.
Pour into a buttered pan and bake at 350 degrees until desired doneness.
To make the sauce:Sauté sliced bananas in butter.
Add cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg.
When sugar has melted, add rum away from flame.
(Don't start a fire!) Add orange juice and salt.
