- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 orange, zested
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 ounce cinnamon orange simple syrup (recipe above)
- 3 ounces warm hibiscus tea
- 6 ounces brewed coffee
- 1 dehydrated orange wheel, for garnish
For the cinnamon-orange syrup:
Add equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan. Add in zest of an entire orange and 1 cinnamon stick.
For the drink:1.
Build drink in a clear coffee mug. Add cinnamon orange simple syrup, warm tea and hot coffee.2.
