Ingredients

  • 1/2 wheel Brie
  • 6 tablespoons pomegranate molasses or honey
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • Kiwi slices and raspberry to garnish

Chef notes

Sure, you can serve a cheese platter. But dazzle guests with this absolutely decadent cheesy delight. 

Preparation

1.

Preheat oven to 350.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place the Brie on it. Drizzle with with the pomegranate molasses. 

3.

Bake until the cheese is just beginning to ooze, about 10 minutes. 

4.

Gently lift the cheese off the cookie sheet and place on a platter. Surround with baguette and garnish with kiwi slices and raspberries for a festive look!
