Chef notes
For many, Mondays are the hardest day of the week, for obvious reasons. But there is a large group of wine-loving, drama-craving TV viewers for whom it is by far the best day. With each week's "most dramatic rose ceremony ever," fans of The Bachelor can barely wait for Monday to roll around.
Whether you're a die-hard fan of Bachelor Nation, or just want a delicious drink to sip while scrolling through the abundance of hilarious memes spawned by the series, we've got you covered. Typically, a heavy pour of wine, or a bottle for some, keeps viewers company until the final rose, but I bumped it up a bit seeing as this week is the final rose ceremony of the season.
This wine cocktail is served in a big glass to keep you sipping through most dramatic rose ceremony ever. You're welcome.
Preparation
In a wine glass, add the chocolate liqueur and the Chambord. Add a few ice cubes and top with chilled rosé wine. (If you're using bubbly rosé skip the cubes). Add a few fresh raspberries to each glass for garnish.
