- 1 ounce brie cheese
- 2 ounce au gratin potatoes, homemade or store-bought
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Stuff the cubes of Brie inside the sirloin to make a stuffed burger.
Grill over medium heat.
Make the potatoes au gratin.
Top the burger patty with the potatoes and sprinkle with chopped fresh rosemary.
Serve on croissant with a side of pommes frites.
