- 4 stick cinnamon

To Make Ahead:Prepare Apricot-Apple Sipper as directed through step 2, except refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Prep: 20 minutesChill: 4 hoursMakes: about 10 (6-ounce) servingsIn a large saucepan combine apple cider, apricot nectar, lemon juice and honey.
For spice bag, place cloves, allspice, and stick cinnamon on a double-thick, 6-inch square of 100% cotton cheesecloth.
Bring corners together and tie with clean kitchen string.
Add spice bag to cider mixture.
Bring the mixture to boiling: reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Discard spice bag.
Cool the mixture: chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours.
To Serve:Serve chilled mixture in glasses.
If desired, garnish with a fresh whole strawberry.
