Angel Food Cake with Berry Jam Glaze

  • Ingredients

    • 1 pint blueberries
    • 1/2 pint strawberries
    • 1/2 pint raspberries
    • 1/2 pint blackberries
    • 1/2 cup whole milk
    • 5 tablespoons berry jam
    • 1/3 cup confectioner's sugar
    • 1 angel food cake


Wash all berries. Mix together the sugar and jam and let sit for at least 10 minutes. Add milk, stir until combined and consistency is watered down but still thick. You may have to add milk or sugar to even out the consistency to your liking. Next, use a spoon to drizzle the sugar-jam glaze over the angel food cake. Top the cake with the blueberries, blackberries and strawberries in a pattern of your liking, and serve.
