With its bitter taste and coarse texture, kale is a hate it or love it-type of vegetable. But Al's crispy kale chips, covered liberally in Parmesan cheese, are guaranteed to convince any kale-skeptic. Plus, with only four ingredients, they're too simple not to make for an on-the-go, healthy snack.
- 1 bunch large curly-leaf kale
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Parmesan cheese grated
Remove the rib from the kale leaves. Place on a parchment lined sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil and salt. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the leaves become crispy. Once removed from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
