You don't need a lot of fancy flavors to make zucchini delicious. A sprinkle of salt, a hint of spice and a little garlic are all you need to make this delicious, healthy vegetable taste amazing.
Ingredients
- 2 large zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoons herbed sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation
1.Heat olive oil a medium skillet over medium heat.
2.Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
3.Increase heat to medium-high and add zucchini. Season with herbed sea salt and red pepper flakes. Stir frequently until zucchini is soft but not mushy, about 7 minutes.
