You don't need a lot of fancy flavors to make zucchini delicious. A sprinkle of salt, a hint of spice and a little garlic are all you need to make this delicious, healthy vegetable taste amazing.

Ingredients

  • 2 large zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons herbed sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation

Heat olive oil a medium skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Increase heat to medium-high and add zucchini. Season with herbed sea salt and red pepper flakes. Stir frequently until zucchini is soft but not mushy, about 7 minutes.
