Ingredients

  • 1 can stout beer (such as guinness)
    Spiked whipped cream
    • 1 can stout beer (such as guinness)
    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • 2 tablespoon light rum

    Preparation

    Baking Directions:

    Pour stout halfway into a large wine goblet.

    Add a scoop of ice cream.

    Top with spiked whipped cream, garnish with pretzel stick.

    Serve with a spoon.
