If you like it when the syrup from your pancakes gets onto your breakfast sausages, you'll love this recipe for 3-ingredient maple-cranberry glazed sausages.

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound raw pork breakfast sausages
  • cups cranberry juice
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

Heat vegetable oil in a heavy-bottom skillet. Add sausages and brown on all sides for about 5-10 minutes. Add the cranberry juice and maple syrup and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, and let simmer until liquid has reduced to a glaze, turning the sausages every so often to fully coat (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat and serve immediately.
