- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound raw pork breakfast sausages
- 1½ cups cranberry juice
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
Heat vegetable oil in a heavy-bottom skillet. Add sausages and brown on all sides for about 5-10 minutes. Add the cranberry juice and maple syrup and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, and let simmer until liquid has reduced to a glaze, turning the sausages every so often to fully coat (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat and serve immediately.
