On Monday night’s “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon,” actress and technophobe Winona Ryder explained just what it is about computers and the oh-so-mysterious Internet that makes her uncomfortable.
“My dad has a computer, my friends have computers, and I did have a laptop that I barely used for a while,” the “Black Swan" star said. "(But) you know, it’s the whole thing of the Googling which is very terrifying to me because I have this fear that I’m going to be trying to find out what movie is playing at what theater, and then I’m going to suddenly be a member of Al Qaeda. ... We’re a button away from joining Al Qaeda. That’s my fear."
Ryder revealed her strict no-Internet policy in a December interview with Elle magazine, wherein she warned, "Apparently you can find out everything on it."
