The daughter of former “Law & Order” star Dianne Wiest has pleaded guilty to a theft charge in an alleged attack on a male classmate with two other girls last year.

Emily Wiest and two female schoolmates were accused of attacking an unidentified male student outside The Beekman School, a private high school on the East Side, on April 22, 2005, punching and kicking him, and taking his iPod.

Wiest, 18, entered a plea of guilty to petit larceny in Manhattan Criminal Court on Monday in exchange for a sentence of two days of community service and restitution of $150.

Wiest, whose mother was in court, will be allowed to do the community service in Florida where she will live.

Judge ShawnDya L. Simpson issued an order of protection directing the teen to stay away from the youth and ordered her to return to court Aug. 4.

Wiest’s lawyer, David Breitbart, refused to comment. Her mother left the courthouse without commenting.

Wiest and her companions, Lara Zieden, 19, and Leah Rucinski, 16, were each initially charged with second-degree robbery.

Zieden pleaded guilty March 7 to petit larceny and was sentenced to two days of community service and $150 restitution on May 11.

Rucinski’s case was transferred to Family Court, where it is pending.

Dianne Wiest, 58, played Manhattan District Attorney Nora Lewin on NBC’s “Law & Order” from 2000 to 2002.

She won Oscars for her roles in 1986’s “Hannah and Her Sisters” and 1994’s “Bullets Over Broadway,” both directed by Woody Allen.
