Feels like it's been forever since we've seen our favorite sparkly vampire on the big screen, but in just another couple of months he'll be back with Water for Elephants!

And to discuss this new non-vampire endeavor, Robert Pattinson called into Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show via satellite phone from the Breaking Dawn set. Not that we know where that is as he describes it as "somewhere in the middle of nowhere in the middle of Canada. I have absolutely no idea where I am."

But you can never let a thing like that get in the way of movie-promoting. And Rob was happy to share the deets about his upcoming projects, including a certain someone he finds to be most intimidating costar yet!

So who is this?

Listen to the intervew:

Um, that would be Tai the elephant!

"Right from the very first day, when I met Tai who plays Rosie in the movie she was with 5 or 6 other fully grown elephants and it is relatively intimidating in the beginning. Especially when they start standing on their back legs--they're just so enormous," Rob said of his 8,800 pound costar.

"They're the most sophisticated, gentle creatures you could possibly hope to work with," he goes on. "I got carried around in her mouth the first day I met her and you suddenly realize how incredible they are." Sounds like they really bonded. Should K.Stew be jealous?!The movie not only caused Rob to meet a new ladylove but also to jump Team Edward ship and become a...Jacob. Gasp!"It is quite funny," Rob says of his new character's name. "As soon as I read it, that was actually one of my main concerns. I think the fact that he's polish, Jacob Jankowski, kind of takes away it a little bit. It's very different than Twilight." Impossible! Everything is Twilight! As for Breaking Dawn, R.Pattz was not in a sharing mood. He wouldn't even spill about vampire babies. "It's all secret. I'm going to get beaten if I say anything." But as Ryan pointed out, "I read about it in Vanity Fair!"His reply: "Oh, that must be why I got beaten last night." That's so R.Pattz--charming but tight-lipped. And so frustrating! They're the most sophisticated, gentle creatures you could possibly hope to work with. Right from the very first day, when I met Thai who plays Rosie in the movie she was with 5 or 6 other fully grown elephants and it is relatively intimidating in the beginning. Especially when they start standing on their back legs. They're just so enormous. I got carried around in her mouth the first day I met her and you suddenly realize how incredible they are.
