James Corden has answered one of the big questions of our age: What happens when boy bands grow up?

Easy: They become Dad Bands. And as he proved on "The Late Late Show" (with a little help from actors Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson), they can still rock 'n roll, even while wearing baby carriers!

The hilarious stint brought the three "former" boy-band members out on a stage packed with kids' toys and "wearing" their children to perform "I'm a Dad," complete with choreography and (fake!) baby tossing.

"I'm a dad, I don't go to movies, I'm a dad, I don't know that song, I'm a dad, my dance moves are goofy," they chanted, to the delight and cheers of the crowd.

And what is their name? Naturally, it's the Puff Daddies! Could anything be more ... well, dad-eriffic?
