The "How I Met Your Mother" alum recently made the holiday season even more magical by lending his voice to a Christmas tree and giving gifts to children — including two very lucky twin sisters — at New York's South Street Seaport.

Harris, who has two twins of his own at home — son Gideon and daughter Harper, 6 — hid with a microphone in a nearby room while speaking to passersby via a concealed speaker in the freshly cut 15-foot-tall tree.
The tiny twins were at first befuddled when the cheerful tree began talking to them but soon they were chatting away with their new pine-smelling pal.
Before long, Harris stepped out to reveal his true personality and made the girls squeal when he handed them free tickets to Broadway's "The Lion King."
The special event was sponsored by the Christmas Tree Promotion Board's campaign "It’s Christmas. Keep It Real," which aims to raise awareness about the benefits of real Christmas trees and the need to support the nation's tree farmers, importers and industry partners.
