Lindsay Lohan's necklace-napping case is nearly over.
While Lohan is MIA this morning (depriving us of critiquing her courthouse attire ), her lawyer Shawn Holley is present at Los Angeles Superior Court where she's expected to plead no contest on Lindsay's behalf to misdemeanor theft for swiping a necklace from a Venice, Calif., jewelry store back in January. That little episode has already earned Lindsay 120 days in jail and 480 hours of community service for violating her probation in her 2007 DUI case.
The theft charge is likely to result in a concurrent sentence, and due to prison overcrowding, Lohan may do her her time at home with electronic monitoring. But with Lohan, nothing ever seems to go according to plan. So stay right here as we bring you the live feed from inside the courthouse.
