"The night has fallen and the day is done," and our soul's achin' for ... Jimmy Fallon?

And to really amp up the nostalgia, they tasked Jesse Frederick, who sang the themes to hits including "Full House" and "Family Matters," to write and perform the special song.
The clip opens with Fallon (donning cinched khaki pants and a color blocked button-down) playfully shuffling down the staircase, and then continues gleefully on to feature the rest of the show's cast.

Fittingly, the credits end with the group cozied up together on the couch — a picture-perfect throwback to the happy households of the small screen.
