Spencer Pratt wants to get paid for sitting in the sun.

A source in the Bahamas told Access Hollywood that Pratt requested an appearance fee to sit poolside at the Atlantis Paradise Island beach resort in the Bahamas, the location he and his wife, Heidi, jetted off to today in preparation for the Miss Universe pageant.

A rep for the couple denied the report.

Heidi will also go back to using the last name Montag, professionally. Not long after marrying Spencer Pratt in Pasadena, Calif., in April, Heidi decided to change her last name to Pratt. Now, she will only use her married name for legal purposes.

This weekend, Montag will take to the Miss Universe stage to perform the song “Turn Ya Head,” off her debut album, “Unleashed,” which came out in July.

Other stars who are set to take the stage at the pageant, which will be co-hosted by Access’ own Billy Bush and “Celebrity Apprentice” star Claudia Jordan, include Flo Rida, Kelly Rowland and dance kingpin David Guetta.

Flo Rida will perform “Right Round” and “Jump” as a two-song medley during the pageant’s swimsuit competition.

Rowland and Guetta will perform the song, “When Love Takes Over,” together during the evening gown portion of competition.

The Miss Universe 2009 Pageant airs Aug. 23 at 9 p.m. on NBC.
