The talent showdown is about to get even tougher on "The Voice" as the one-on-one, teammate vs. teammate battle rounds begin Monday night. But that's not all that's on the way.

Team Adam (Levine) contestants Collin McLoughlin and Bryan Keith visited TODAY Monday morning to give their takes on a new twist that could give one of them a chance to stay in the game even if the battle goes badly.

The "steal" allows other coaches a chance to take the loser of the battle for their own team.

"I'd be happy if anyone wants to steal me," Collin said in anticipation of his faceoff with Bryan. "And if that were to happen, I'd have a tough decision, depending on who it is. Hopefully, I either win, or that happens."

As for Bryan, he's going into it with a laid-back approach.

"It's just … do your thing and enjoy it," he said.

Check out the clip above to hear what else Collin and Bryan have to say about the competition and get a sneak peak of their battle round with a live performance.

"The Voice" airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on NBC.
