Jennifer Aniston has always been very protective of her love life. And clearly, so is Vince Vaughn.

Vince has filed suit against two London tabloids and The New York Post’s Page Six, all of which claimed he cheated on Jen when he kissed a “mystery woman” at a London charity event.

As a sign he’s not messing around, Vince is hitting the publications with both barrels. He’s hired Schillings Law Firm in London — the same firm hired by Nicole Kidman, Teri Hatcher, Kate Hudson and Angelina Jolie.

According to a press release from the Schillings law firm, Vince is going after the publications for publishing “allegations that he was caught kissing a mystery blonde while attending a charity event on Sunday October 8th at London’s Old Vic theater [run by fellow actor Kevin Spacey].”

In Tuesday’s edition of The Sun (a British tabloid), it was reported that Vince was “caught in a clinch with a blonde” and claimed the actor “got up close with the mystery girl after arriving for a London showbiz bash… with the fly of his jeans undone.”

Meanwhile another UK tab, The Daily Mirror, claimed Vince was photographed as he “canoodles with a mystery blonde at a party.”

When The New York Post’s Page Six ran an article on Wednesday, October 11th, they reported Vince was “caught two nights ago making out with another woman, just a week after he and Aniston split.”

According to the Schillings release, Vince insists the articles “suggested that he was unfaithful to Aniston, with whom he had allegedly ended his relationship only a week before. In fact, Ms. Aniston and Mr. Vaughn had not ended their relationship either at the material time or since.”

Vince maintains the photos were “seriously misleading” and that the suggestions he was caught in a “passionate embrace and kiss, or has ever been unfaithful to Ms. Aniston, are false.”
