Ramping up the perceived effort to put more distance between her adult self and her "Hannah Montana" past, Miley Cyrus is featured in a new video smoking from a bong during a party at her home on Nov. 28.
In the video obtained by TMZ -- and shot five days after her 18th birthday -- the singer says, "OK, I'm about to lose it now," after taking her first hit. "I'm having a little bit of a bad trip."
The person behind the camera says, "I'm just gonna document the s--- out of this right now," as the Bush song "Come Down" plays in the background.
According to TMZ sources, the smoke inside the bong is a natural herb called salvia, which has psychedelic qualities. Possession of salvia is legal in California. (Read more about the "magic mint" here.)
Cyrus goes on to mistake a party guest for then-boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.
"Is that my boyfriend?! Oh my God! He looks so much like him! He looks so much like Liam," Cyrus says. She then asks another partygoer, "Is that me tripping? He doesn't look like Liam at all?"
Another person in the background eats from a box of Frosted Flakes cereal as Cyrus continues to laugh uncontrollably.
TMZ says the video was likely copied or stolen from the person who shot it.
