The Mentalist: Creator and executive producer Bruno Heller tells TVGuide.com where the new season will pick up. "[Jane] is arrested for murder. The immediate problem is not so much, 'Is Red John alive or dead?' but "How the hell am I going to get out from under a death sentence?" Now that's a pickle of a problem.
Bachelor Pad: If any show needs three hours to get its premise across, it's Bachelor Pad. It's hard to convey sarcasm through a keyboard, so we hope no one thinks we're serious about that statement. But yes, we have confirmed what EW.com is reporting: Bachelor Pad will have a three-hour premiere Aug. 8. Um, clear your schedules?
Teen Choice Awards: The second wave of nominations rolled in today, and a lot of our favorite TV stars are up for awards, including Lucy Hale (Summer TV Star: Female), Darren Criss (Choice TV: Breakout Star), and Tyler Posey (Summer TV Star: Male). Better flex your clicking muscles and go vote!
How I Met Your Mother: TVGuide.com chatted with creator/executive producer Craig Thomas about Barney's wedding and season seven. More importantly, Thomas had some good teases for fans of Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) and Robin (Cobie Smulders). "A big theme [in season seven] is Robin dealing with the fact that she has feelings flickering for Barney. Any HIMYM fans who felt like there wasn't enough of Barney and Robin when they were dating, stay tuned for more to their saga," he says.
Law and Order: SVU: It wouldn't be L&O without ripping something from the headlines. According to TVLine.com, SVU is taking on the Arnold Schwarzenegger love-child scandal next season, while throwing in a sex scandal to cover all their bases.
Jersey Shore: The new full-length trailer for next season has hit the Web. It's everything we expect from our favorite gang of guidos/guidettes, as well as things we never knew we wanted until now.
