Earlier this week, a Florida coroner confirmed Anna Nicole Smith was on weight loss medications when she died of a drug overdose. Now, TrimSpa CEO Alex Goen is speaking out about the revelations.

Goen told Access Hollywood he never saw Smith abuse prescription medication, but he was aware she took them.

"I knew she took prescription drugs," he told Access correspondent Tim Vincent. "I didn't really know which prescription drugs she took. It really wasn't my business to know what drugs she takes or any of our customers take."

Also in the autopsy report was a claim that Anna may have been injected with human growth hormone to aid in weight loss, which would be a contradiction that her weight loss was due solely to TrimSpa.

"I was very surprised about the HGH," Goen said before suggesting the substance is not for those who want skinnier frames. "If you look into HGH, it's true it does cause fat loss but overall it causes weight gain. Most people take it for building muscles, if you look between 2003 and 2004 she lost 69 pounds and she did it with TrimSpa."
