Jennifer Carroll wasn't exactly on her best behavior when she shot this week's episode of Top Chef All-Stars.

The Philadelphia-based chef not only mouthed off to the judges when they criticized her breakfast dish, but...

After she was given the boot, she was heard off camera spewing a bleeped-out tirade.

I caught up with Carroll earlier today to talk about her elimination, all that cussing and spending time with Joe Jonas.

I'm sure I'm not the first person to say they were shocked to see you go so soon. So what happened? I think the T-Rex was channeling through me that day. What happened? I don't know. I don't know. Wasn't my day.

Do you think you were booted because of the outburst or for what you had made? I hope it wasn't because of the outburst. I think all [the judges] have spoken up and said that it wasn't because of the outburst. But, you know, that's for all of you guys to decide.

Now, about that bleep-filled departure... I don't know what you're talking about. Gosh, I was so gracious. I really don't know what you're talking about. Do not remember that.

So those bleeps were fake? I did not say that. [Laughs]. Yeah, of course I was really upset. I didn't want to go...so I went down fighting and I went down defending myself. I didn't want to go home.

Will you ever be able to listen to Jonas Brothers music again the same way? I'm playing it right now in the background. They keep me calm.

What did you think when you saw Joe Jonas as the celeb guest for the challenge? I was surprised. I thought we would have all chefs coming on. I guess we're going after the younger clientele. But Joe Jonas wasn't bad to look at for a little while. So I didn't mind it too much.

Would you ever go back and do Top Chef...again?Call me stupid, but yes, I would. I like the torture.

Maybe you can do Top Chef Smackdown or Top Chef Wrestling?Yeah! I'll go for any of that. I'd definitely win.
