Poehler has hosted the show once since leaving in 2008, while Fey has hosted individually four times since her departure. Not only will they be back together, they will be joined by Bruce Springsteen as the musical guest to end the year with a bang.

The comedy duo, who were lauded for their job hosting the Golden Globes from 2013-15, will take the stage at Studio 8H one day after the release of their new movie together, "Sisters," which comes out Dec. 18.
