It's official: there's no award 30 Rock hasn't received. And no awards show James Franco can't somehow shoehorn his way into.
The latest addition to Tina Fey's no doubt already buckling bookshelf is courtesy of the GLAAD Media Awards, which handed out its 22nd annual round of honors in New York Saturday night.
So what was Fey's achievement this time around? And what does that have to do with Franco?

Well, the funnylady was on hand to accept the award for Outstanding Individual Episode (in a series without a regular LGBT character) for "Klaus &Greta," an episode which not only saw Liz's gay cousin come into town for a visit, but also (and this can't be a coincidence, right?) saw Jenna agree to fake date none other than Mr. Oscar.
As for the rest of the honorees, True Blood was awarded as Outstanding Drama Series, the Excellence in Media Award went to Russell Simmons, and Ricky Martin walked away with a twofer.
In addition to receiving the Vito Russo Award, the episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show in which Ricky discussed his memoir, his coming out and his life as a father took home the award for Outstanding Talk Show Episode.
Other winners from the positive LGBT-depicting night include Anderson Cooper, whose Anderson Cooper 360 series on gay teen suicides won for Outstanding TV Journalism, the Scissor Sisters, who won for Outstanding Music Artist, and O, The Oprah Magazine. Congrats, and keep up the good work!
The rest of this year's GLAAD Media Awards will be divvied up in Los Angeles on April 10 and in San Francisco on May 14.
