Patricia Arquette and Thomas Jane have split again, a rep for the "Hung" star told People.
"The split is completely amicable and their prime focus is their daughter," the rep told the magazine. "They ask that their privacy be respected at this time."

While the couple looked loved-up on the red carpet at the Screen Actor's Guild Awards back in January, in recent weeks, Jane had hit the red carpet solo, including at June's "Hung" premiere and late last month at the Los Angeles premiere of "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World," a film in which he has a cameo.
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Arquette had originally filed for divorce from Jane in January 2009, but court records showed in July 2009 that the "Medium" star was granted a dismissal of the divorce case.

The couple married in May 2006 and have a daughter together — Harlow Olivia Calliope Jane — who was born in 2003.
