While most of Hollywood was celebrating Oscar night on Sunday, “Hills” star Audrina Patridge was being robbed.
“I had a really rough day today — I got home late last night and realized that my house had been robbed,” Patridge blogged on Monday. “It was pretty devastating!”
While Patridge didn’t say where she was when the robbery occurred, she did call the police following the incident.
“I spent most of the morning filling out police reports and going through the house room by room making lists of everything that had been taken. Most of the items are replaceable, but they took off with a few very sentimental things too,” she said. “Definitely not a good way to start the week.”
And while the culprits may have gotten away for the time being, the reality star said cameras caught the crooks red-handed.
“I’m going to be posting shortly surveillance footage of the intruders with pretty clear shots of their faces,” Patridge said.
The footage was posted later on Tuesday. The Associated Press reported that the video shows a young man and a woman, apparently aware of at least one camera, running around Patridge's darkened Hollywood Hills home.
