Teen Mom star Amber Portwood was ready to face the music today.

The reality trainwreck was in an Indiana courtroom today, where she pleaded guilty to two counts of felony domestic battery related to her vicious beatdown of baby daddy Gary Shirley last year.

She had been facing up to three years in jail and a $10,000 fine over the battle, but wound up getting a much lighter slap on the wrist by the judge.

So what's in store for Portwood?

The MTV troublemaker had her two-year sentence suspended, and she was placed on two years of probation by Judge David Happe in the Madison County court.

As part of Portwood's plea deal, her other two charges--a felony count of neglect of a dependent and a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery--were dismissed by the judge. The no contact order that kept her from seeing Shirley when their 2-year-old daughter Leah wasn't present was also dropped as a result of the plea deal.

The cops had gotten involved after Portwood's outburst was caught on camera by an MTV crew filming the controversial show. The couple split soon afterwards.

Amber's 300-pound babydaddy was arrested himself recently for driving with a suspended license. Portwood was with him in the car after he stopped on a street and was overheard arguing with his baby mama. Portwood denied they were fighting at the time and said the duo were driving around looking for apartments for her to move into.

"So, of course the cop came over and asked us what was going on. But we were not fighting. Gary and I haven't had a major fight in two years," she had told E! News after the incident.

Now that the two can see each other again, there's always time.
