'Teen Mom' trouble: Amber slams Jenelle

Just because “Teen Mom’s” Amber Portwood had her troubled times caught on camera doesn’t mean she’s willing to give another young mom a pass for bad behavior. In fact, Portwood, who was charged with domestic battery after MTV aired footage of her hitting, kicking and slapping ex-fiance Gary Shirley, insists she has no sympathy at all for her spotlight successor, “Teen Mom 2’s” standout bad girl Jenelle Evans.

"I pretty much despise what she stands for,” Portwood told E! News. “She's an idiot and I don't care if people know or not."

What did Evans do to deserve that tough talk? According to Portwood, it all comes down to the 19-year-old’s decision to surrender custody of her child to her mother. Sure, Evans claimed that she only signed over custody as a temporary measure until she gets her life back on track and feels she’s able to support her son, but that’s no excuse as far as Portwood’s concerned. After all, she fought to keep daughter Leah by her side despite legal woes and more.

"I literally have worked my ass off because of this whole battery thing to make sure I keep my daughter,” the 20-year-old explained. And even though MTV aired that "whole battery thing," Portwood added, “They shouldn't put (Jenelle) on. It's embarrassing!"
