So dramatic! "Teen Mom's" Farrah Abraham and Jenelle Evans have a feud brewing. After Jenelle slammed her fellow MTV reality star for her plastic-surgery procedures (including her recent nose job and chin implant ), Farrah has fired back.

It all started last week, when Jenelle wrote on Sulia, "Only 21 years old and went under 3 plastic surgeries already?!" -- an apparent jab at Farrah. "That's insane if you ask me!"
(If you'll recall, Jenelle got her breasts enhanced earlier this year; she told a follower on Twitter that, "Hell no I wouldn't do any other kind of form of plastic surgery forever.")
But Farrah hadn't forgotten about Jenelle's trip under the knife. When asked what she thought about her former friend's comments, Farrah didn't hold back.

"Oh really?! Because she got a boob job after I did!" she told Rumor Fix.
"There are lots of teen mothers on MTV who are very not intelligent. And I'm one ('Teen Mom' cast member) who really works hard, who really educated myself and really cares about people," she said.

"And lots of the time they call me a b---- and then act like my friend, but that's normal because I think that's what the world has become. But (the drama) is just not in my life."
