Rob and Amber Mariano have a new homemade idol to worship.

The Survivor-born and Amazing Race-bred couple recently welcomed their second daughter together in Florida, "Boston Rob" revealed on last night's reunion special.

Carina Rose Mariano joined the tribe on Dec. 10, two weeks after she was expected. She joins big sister Lucia Rose, 17 months.

Alarmingly, however, not everything went according to plan in the delivery room.

Rob told People that, when Carina's head popped out, the umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck and she wasn't initially getting any oxygen.

"So they had to stop in the middle of it and cut the cord...Amber needs to get the rest of the baby out," he recalled. "I don't know how she did it, but in six pushes, she had the baby out."

Hey, you don't win Survivor: All-Stars by being a weakling.

"I am definitely outnumbered now," Rob joked before flying back home to be with his wife and kids. "But at the end of the day, it's exciting and fun. I always thought I would have boys, but as a father, when your kids are born and they're healthy and happy, that's the most important thing."

We wish them luck in all the challenges that lie ahead.
