“Late Night” host Jimmy Fallon is the latest famous figure to have a Ben & Jerry’s flavor made in his honor, and ice cream veteran Stephen Colbert isn't happy about it. On Thursday night’s “Colbert Report,” the man behind “AmeriCone Dream” mock blasted his new freezer-section competition.

“Oh, my God! What the hell is this — Jimmy Fallon’s Late Night Snack?” Colbert cringed. "What’s in this? Salty caramel swirl and fudge covered potato chip clusters? Are those ingredients or did the Pringles man take a dump in an ice cream machine?”

Fallon took the stage to defend his confection and threatened to give Colbert’s flavor a “Neapolitan necktie,” but Colbert soon had the upper hand.

“Your ice cream is like a Jimmy Fallon ‘SNL’ sketch,” Colbert said. “Halfway through, you break down laughing and you can’t finish it.”

The drama escalated through a Jon Stewart cameo but finally settled down when the hosts found common ground in a brain-freeze induced hallucination.
