Following news of Jett Travolta’s untimely death, his parents' Hollywood colleagues expressed their condolences for John Travolta and Kelly Preston.

Tim Allen, Travolta’s “Wild Hogs” co-star, had the grieving family in his thoughts following Jett’s death.

“Jane, Kate and I wanted to extend our condolences to John, Kelly and Ella,” Allen wrote in a statement released to Access Hollywood. “We know how much they loved and adored Jett and words cannot express how sad we were to hear about his passing.”

Travolta’s “Battlefield Earth” co-star, Forest Whitaker, expressed his sympathy for the Travolta/Preston family in a statement to Access.

“Our families have had a long loving friendship, and John and Kelly are amazing parents,” Whitaker wrote. “We have watched each other’s children grow and cannot imagine the loss of Jett. He was a bright and beautiful young man, and we are honored to have known him. We ask that you continue to send them prayers, love and give them space to mourn.”

Billy Ray Cyrus, who grew close to the Travolta/Preston family during the production of Disney’s animated hit “Bolt,” in which daughter Miley co-starred alongside Travolta, sent his best wishes to the family on Sunday.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with John and his family,” Billy Ray Cyrus shared with E! Online. “They’re great human beings and strong people. And, again, our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.”
