No, we're not just talking about presumptive Oscar winner Colin Firth's assertion this week that he is, at his core, " such a drag queen." We're talking about some royally NSFW raunch.
So what's the deal? Well (and this may be the good or bad news) this particular rumor has nothing to do with The King's Speech's stars themselves. Sorry, Firth fans. Rather, the movie's spectacular--and, we would previously have declared, stately--dcor. Apparently, all those Oscar-baiting therapy scenes that took place inside the doctor's office? Well, that's not the only action they've seen in recent years.
So let's just cut to the chase, shall we? Rumor has it, the location's previous life was serving as the backdrop to man-on-man porn. But is it true? Someone better shield the Virgin Queen's eyes, because this rumor is...
So true! That's right, folks. If these walls could talk...well, we're guessing they'd probably have a bit of a stammering problem, too.

We're not sure if this is going to help or hurt its chances for an Art Direction Academy Award, but the office of King George VI's speech pathologist Lionel Logue (played by Geoffrey Rush) also just so happens to have served as the main, um, action hub of several online films for the website UK Naked Men.

Incidentally, director Tom Hooper has previously spoken out about how the final location was actually his second choice for the shoot (no word on whether he knew of its storied past), as he originally wanted to set up shop in the actual London tenement building that Logue treated the king in. However, the location was too small to accommodate the crew, so they moved everything a block away, to the casa de porn (fun fact: Kate Moss has filmed there too!).
Though in fairness, it's not entirely clear which production set up shop in the building first--The King's Speech, after all, wrapped production in 2010, and the set designer has spoken extensively about finding a small patch of mottled wall and expanding it out to fill the entire stretch of the room, which is seen not only in movie, but in the porno's stills as well.
Still, like the chicken and the egg, which one ca--um, which one filmed first will be a question better left in someone else's hands.
