In the skit titled "Undercover Boss: Starkiller Base," Ren disguises himself as a radar technician named Matt in order to better understand his employees on Starkiller Base.
"You get so caught up in restoring the galaxy to its rightful state, that you miss what's going on behind the scenes," Ren tells the cameras in a stern deadpa. "I'm looking forward to having some real talk with some real folks."
Trading in his black dress and helmet for a blonde wig, glasses, and a jumpsuit with a neon orange work vest, Ren even joins the Stormtroopers in the cafeteria.
Despite Ren's efforts, Ren couldn't keep his identity a secret and when he tried to make the big reveal, all the employees in the break-room, from various officers to Stormtroopers.

"I had a blast today," Ren said to the cameras by the end of the sketch, back in his black helmet and echoey monotone. "I really learned a lot."
The episode also featured a heartwarming tribute to David Bowie, with former cast member Fred Armisen sharing some memories of the iconic singer, and introducing an old clip of him performing on the show.
