Depends on the guido. They all charge different rates to, for example, show up at a club looking fresh to death. (No word if The Situation charges less to appear merely "classy.")
However, here's what I can say: Your yearly salary may very well be less than these folks earn for an episode or two of their MTV show...

According to reports, that per-episode amount is $30,000.
Of course, as I said, certain cast members earn more whenever they aren't filming or tending to gym tan laundry.
Reports indicate that Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino made between $3 million and $5 million last year, through endorsements, his Shore salary and merch. (Oh yes. There's merch.)
Pauly D came in second, with an estimated $2 million last year.
